Hello! I'm Jasmin.
I'm a passionate Yoga Teacher and Musical Theatre Actor living in London.
After 15 years of travelling the world with numerous International Tours and West End shows. I decided I wanted to give back to my mind, body and soul. In a kind, non competitive and nourishing way.
I have been practicing Yoga for over 12 years and was initially drawn to the physical side of the practice, however it didn't take long to fall in love with all aspects of the yoga teachings.
My practice is all about connection; connection with breath, body, nature and each other. It fills me with joy to share my practice with so many wonderful souls, connecting from all around the world.
